The Klim Badlands Pro Jacket is the most complete long-distance adventure travel jacket available.
It's been redesigned and improved across the board, with more optimised fabric layouts, more ventilation, more functional storage, a better fit and more mobility.
Durable Superfabric ceramic print overlays and Cordura fabrics manage abrasion, while less-used inner panels are lightened to reduce bulk.
KLIM D3O Aero Pro custom protectors offer best-in-class impact coverage.
Material:
- Cordura 840D nylon main construction for optimum strength.
- Ripstop 500D Karbonite panels on the most exposed areas for extra protection.
- Variable-density Superfabric reinforcements on shoulders, elbows and forearms.
Lining:
- Mesh inner lining for optimum air circulation throughout the jacket.
Ventilation:
- 12 air inlets closed by zips: 2 on the forearms, 2 on the arms, 4 on the torso, 2 on the biceps.
- 2 large air extractors on the back for optimum air circulation.
Waterproofing:
- 3-layer laminated Gore-Tex Pro membrane for optimum insulation against rain, moisture and with windproof properties.
Safety:
- The shoulders are fitted with Klim Aero Pro D3O protectors which are CE level 2 approved.
- The elbows are fitted with height-adjustable Klim Aero Pro D3O protectors, CE level 2 approved.
- D3O Viper Pro Back level 2 approved back protector sold with the jacket.
- 3M Scothlite? reflective insert for visibility at night or in bad weather.
Comfort:
- Pre-shaped sleeves for optimum riding position.
- Adjustable anti-shock forearm straps and bicep snaps to limit flutter.
Fit:
- Tongue and Velcro cuffs for a perfect fit.
- Adjustable, removable waistband.
